Mobius method. Mobius exercises explore the range of motion and cultivates ways to release your body, to both improve your mobility and strength.
The Mobius workout is devoted to mobilising the body. The four principles of Mobius are balance, stimulation, decompression and coordination to improve functional movement.
Your Mobius class can either, be an online group, of up to six people, or can be delivered in my studio, on a one-to-one basis to deal with your body's specific needs.

For 55 minutes, I emphasis movement and breath, to increase the natural flexibility of your spine, while simultaneously, strengthening and stretching your entire body.
You can choose from either a One to One studio based class or Group mat Mobius class.
The Group pop-in price, for an online Mobius mat class, is £15.00.
It is important to book in advance, to reserve your place as the class sizes are small.
Advance booking can be paid in installments of 5 or 10 classes, to reserve your place.
The One to One studio classes need to be booked in advance.
