My Pilates home studio uses a variety of equipment, to guide you through a vigorous workout, lasting 55 minutes.
Come and enjoy a one-to-one class, a tailored experience, in a safe private environment. The workout will help improve your mobility, posture, and endurance.
The Pilates mat classes are a set of flowing exercises that emphasis your alignment and breathing, to develop a strong healthier body.
We keep our online-class size small, allowing you to work out in the comfort of your own home, with like minded individuals for 55 minutes.
Experience our unique somatic movement workout, named Mobius.
Mobius' workouts are a guide to preventing injury, resolving pain and optimizing athletic performance.
The Mobius mat exercises identify, diagnose, and correct inefficient movement patterns.
This mindful class fuses elements of therapeutic stretching, movement restoration to create an effective workout designed to restore pain-free movement.
I'm Harvey, and I have always taken an interest in fitness, movement and good health.
At the end of my professional classical ballet career, both dancing and teaching dance, I become a certified Pilates teacher / teacher trainer.
After working in Pilates studios and ballet schools across the world, I opened my own equipment- based studio, to continue helping my clients reach their fitness goals.
I'm a graduate of, and advisor to the Advanced Teacher Training programme at The Pilates Centre in Colorado, dedicated to passing on the tradition of Pilates.
My Philosophy
My philosophy is to make your Pilates experience fun as well as rigorous, to gain strength throughout your body.
